Cancellation general operations of the hotel:

You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 3 days / 72 hours before your arrival to 00.00 clock. Cancellations are delayed or not done, not like appearance, are charged at 100 percent and will be charged to the credit card entered. When the reservation without a credit card to pay the invoice will be sent by post.

Paymentmethods:

Every guest has a possibility to pay also with a credit card. In this case, the hotel gets a fee amounting 3.5 percent of the total amount.
Note: When booking trade shows, events and public holidays, the hotel has the right to use the entire amount of the stay immediately to debit your credit card. But before you make informed name.
Payment is made at the hotel on arrival and is accepted with the following payment methods:

14:00 – 20.00 Uhr

Check-in:

On arrival the rooms from 14.00 clock are habitable. For arrivals after 20:00 clock we ask for an early telephone communication or a written message by email. Earlier arrivals are permitted after 10:00 clock.

Check-out:

On departure day we ask our guests to 12.00 clock your day of departure. Your room key keep all your reference. On the departure of the guest house is required, the keys in the reception to be issued or plug in allowing the doors.

Rauchverbot:

Smoking in the rooms, the hotel is a punitive damages in the amount of 50.00 € is calculated.

Lost keys:

When a key is lost, an amount of 60.00 € is due.
